Rise is a 404 unit luxury high-rise apartment building inspired by hotel design and emphasizing the conveniences of urban living.

Make a style statement at Rise. Here, home becomes your one-of-a-kind statement piece – one that’s eloquently made to measure. Gracefully sophisticated, Rise brings an understated thread of polished refinement to every moment.

Bolden will overlook Boro Park, provide expansive indoor and outdoor social spaces, and have a rooftop lounge with fitness studio and pool. Bolden is a mid-rise apartment building, consisting of 133 units. 

Here for the true originals, Bolden is a space where you can make an indelibly bold mark. Never bowing to convention, it’s for those who stand for outward expression and glorious maximalism. There are no hushed tones or muted colors here. Instead, Bolden brings an outgoing, performative aspect to its every moment, exalting the gregarious risk-takers and lauding those who dance unreservedly to the beat of their own drum.
